Vision
The vision of Pastor Jaythan Sparks is kingdom building. To offer and provide direction through the Word of God in order to maintain a righteous life that God has prepared for His people. To provide a Sanctuary where children, young adults, and seniors citizens can be a part of the worship experience and building the kingdom of God.
The vision that God gave to Pastor Sparks is to see areas of strongholds removed and exchanged for empowerment over the enemy. Also included in the vision is to develop a place where youth can come and learn the arts, access tutorial programs to assist them with excelling and progressing in school and in life. To provide a community for seniors to be involved and to offer a learning environment to keep them current with the latest technology as this will create a sense of belonging.
This and more have God placed in the heart of Pastor Jaythan Sparks and truly, these things will come to pass in his life time and God will receive the glory as Pastor Sparks receives the victory.

The mission of NBCV is to provide the Word of God and an clear understanding of that Word. To provide a community for seniors to be involved and to offer a learning environment and keeping them current with the latest technology. This and more have God placed in the heart of Pastor Sparks and truly, these things will come to pass in his life time and God will receive the glory. Many people that are seeking the Lord and salvation sometimes find themselves in a world wind of convoluted rhetoric that many teachers and preachers have created because of a lack of knowledge of the Word of God and the voice of God. Although these represent a small fraction of the men and women that God has appointed to spread His Gospel, it does become problematic in that while there are individuals seeking the true and living God, we who have been entrusted with the Spirit of God and His Word should come to the realization that it is incumbent upon us to preach, teach, train, and build these persons to be equipped with the necessary skills to live a whole, free of sin, and prosperous life. Jesus said He came that we should have an more Abundant Life. This is the main mission of NBCV, to direct God's people towards a more abundant life. NBCV mission is to demonstrate that you can enjoy life, enjoy your marriage, enjoy your children, enjoy your family, enjoy your friends, enjoy the body of Christ , and enjoy having fun in the Lord.
About New Beginning Clearer Vision
The name New Beginning Clearer Vision was given to Pastor Jaythan Sparks after he was invited to a worship service in a banquet room of the Beverly Hills Hilton in Beverly Hills, California. There he was ministered to by the late Dennis Tinerino and God used this Prophet to speak a Word and confirm what God had already put in Pastor Sparks' spirit. God spoke and said that HE was giving Pastor Sparks a NEW Beginning and that he was not to keep it but to give it away. To give the New Beginning away to a people that were ready to receive it. HE (God) was going to make his (Pastor Sparks) vision crystal clear so that many would be able to obtain the vision and run with it in their hands. Pastor Sparks believe that where ever you are and when ever you arrive, you are in the right place at the right time for a New Beginning. The Lord will provide the vision because it is by Faith that we see and not by sight. Our vision enables and empowers us to see clearly what the Lord has for all that will obey and hear HIS voice. Our Pastor has said on many occasions: "When you do not hear God's voice, seek God's face!"
