We bless God and thank God for given us a Jeremiah 3:15 pastor. He truly loves people and want to encourage and empower them with the Word of God.
I invite you to join us in one or more of our services. I guarantee that the Lord will meet you here and that He will have a blessing waiting for you. God wants to share Himself with you. This is one of the main reasons I want to see you in service and that is because I've experienced the giving power, the healing power, the prosperity power of God. His blessings renders us rich and add no sorrows. Make it a point to visit us in a meeting with the Lord. NBCV is here to be a light that will help guide you to Christ and Christian Living. Our purpose is to share the Word of God and to encourage you. We want to provide a place where you can receive resources from God's Word to show you your purpose and we want to be there for you who are in need of being uplifted and encouraged. Also our goal is to lead the lost to salvation through the Word of God.
Don't Give Up Your Get Up!
I'm sure you've heard the song by Donnie McClurkin, We fall down but get up. Well remember that the adversary's position is to keep you down so that you won't or can't get up. If you don't or can't get up, then you're considered to be out of the game, or of the race, you're done. But remember what Paul admonishes us to do. Philippians 3:12 he encourages us to PRESS. That means even when we feel that we can longer move forward we must PRESS. This word suggest doing more than what's available. It means to go beyond that which you've given. This is to give more and even when you've given all that you have, that is when the pressing starts. Don't give up your get up. When you start to go to that place where you know you don't belong, GET UP! When you start to feel those feeling you should not have, GET UP! When the people who you have given and shown much love to act as if what you are giving is trivial, GET UP! When everyone have turned against you (in your mind), GET UP! Do not give up your get up. In other words, don't throw in the towel. You have much more fight in you so let's take a deep breathe and get right back in there and PRESS! God bless and keep you, is our sincere prayer.
Are You IN or OF the Way?
If we believe the Word when Christ says He is the way, then we must get "out of the way" so that Christ can be "the way" in our lives. It is Christ who is THE WAY and it is us (man) that remains IN THE WAY. Of course, we are OF THE WAY, but we should not be in HIS way of being THE WAY for each and every one of us!
A Few Scriptures to Consider!
Romans 3:23 | We ALL have sinned - ”For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God” -
John 3:16 | But He still loves us – “For God so loved the world that He gave…” - Romans 5:8 | Believe that Christ died for us – "God commendeth His love toward us…” -
John 3:5 | Be willing to be born again – “Except a man be born of the water and the spirit…
